Students appearing for this exam will be tested in English Language Only. Question paper consists of 75 questions carrying 2 marks each, having 4 options. 0.5 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Objective pattern of examination. ICE has introduced the computerized method of correcting the objective natured question papers, using the OMR technology. Duration of the examination is 60 minutes.
The top 100 students of each standard scoring above 75% will be awarded prizes as:
>> A Student can be eligible for scholarship only in the standard in which he is studying during the academic year. >> All the students who have passed will be given certificates. >> The best School in each Standard will win a cash prize of Rs. 7000/- >> In case of tie, the prize amount will be equally distributed.
ICE conducts examination for grades II to IX. A student can appear for the class in which he/she is studying during the academic year.
Students who enroll for the examination will get a Free Examination kit which includes : Reference BookModel Question Paper Set with AnswersOMR Answer sheets for practice
Fees: Rs 275 only. Enrollment Date : 1st June 2012 to 15th Sept 2012. Application form will be accepted till 30th Sept 2012 with an additional late fees of Rs 50/- Only. Issue of Hall ticket : 21st Nov 2012 to 30th Nov 2012. Date of Examination : 09th December 2012. Demand Draft / Cheque in favour of " Innovative Council for English " payable at "Mumbai". Result declaration : Feb 2013.
Students scoring 40 % and above at the English Scholarship Examination will be declared as successful candidates.
